Our Brand Pillars

THREE THINGS WE HOLD TO

Most job posts tell you what you'd do all day. These are the three things that decide how we do it — and the three things worth knowing before you apply.

CRAFT

Nobody shows up knowing how to read a hide. We teach it: cutting, stitching, burnishing, where the grain gives and where it won't. Every leather good carries a lifetime construction guarantee, which means your work has to hold up for as long as somebody owns it. Getting better isn't a phase here. It's the job.

FELLOWSHIP

This is a small crew in one building. People have moved their families across the country to be part of it. You'll know who packed the box, who stamped the patch, and what everyone's kids are named. That's not a perk we advertise — it's just what happens when nothing gets farmed out.

RIGHTEOUSNESS

Doing the right thing when it costs something. Remaking the order nobody would have caught. Telling a customer the truth. Counting the person next to you as more important than yourself. We don't always get it right, but it's the standard we're aiming at, and we'd rather say so up front.
